Hi Chad,

Billing is still under development. Feel free to play with it and give feedback, but it's not quite done yet. I'll let you know when it is.

Are these sms's you sent manually then, not as an automation? The manual sms will send as it appears on the screen when you click 'send'. If you have fakes in the text, that's what they'll get. Replace it with the real content.

The merging with the real info will only take place when the templates are used for automations.

Hi Ben,

We have come across this at another site. The problem was that their pc was set to Sydney time, not Brisbane so when daylight savings changed last weekend, they updated that setting. Of course the Syncrotron doesn't know this has happened so doesn't resync. Here's what to do:

1. Fix the timezone setting in your pc

2. Restart your pc

3. Pause the syncrotron

4. Hit the 'Full Sync' button top-right in the syncrotron.

5. Restart the syncrotron syncing (hit the big grey button top-left)

Fixed. :)

Hi Ben,

It's a great question. As you know, you get notifications on your desktop, but your phone puts chrome to sleep so you don't see those unless Chrome is active. Pretty useless.

We have started work on a phone app specifically to address this issue and also to allow Zurili phone calls to be directly answered on your phone using the app and keeping your private phone details private. It's a little way out but development has started and it's pretty cool ;)

In the meantime, you'll just have to check on your phone from time to time.

Hi Dr Chad,

You can take a pre-payment an then use that for each subsequent billing, no problem.

You can then generate their receipt as a pdf and send using your usual email client. We will have direct email of receipt from Zurili shortly. It's in the near-term roadmap

Hi Dr Chad,

1. It says 'DrFakeDr' as a placeholder to show kind-of what it would look like when you send. This is normal and correct behaviour. Of course, when you send, that will be set to your name ;)

Remember, appointments could be with different Resources, so Zurili will slot in the correct one at send time. It's just that you probably only have yourself at this point.

Btw, if you want, you could add a link to book directly in your sms. Take the link you want to use from http://localhost:3001/settings/setup/online-booking . Of course it will be a bit long. But you can use a service like http://bit.ly to shorten it and add it to your message template. That way, they can go to book direct without having to go via FB.

2. Yes you can send an sms to multiple clients. If sending a manual sms, just add each client you want to send the message to in the About box at the top. You can use the '+' button to add a number of someone that isn't in your client list too if you want.

Hi Ben,

Zurili is designed to work across timezones seamlessly but clearly something is wrong. We have many sites using this feature every day without trouble.

Have you checked the timezone setting on both your pc and your phone? These should be correct because Zurili actually checks your device time and tells you if your actual time different from correct time but please check to be sure.

Next, check your site timezone setting in Zurili. Dashboard..cog..sites..your site. Check the timezone is correct. Edit and fix if not.

Finally, if still not seeming correct, check the app timezone setting on each device: top-left..click on your site..timezone, submenu. Ensure it's set to 'Local'. This is a device-specific setting, so you'll need to check on each device.

Let me know how you go.

:) Richard.

Yes. It is a good idea. I've added it to the roadmap.

Hi Chad. Can you add support@zurili.com as a user to your new site so I can take a look?
